I’m a results-driven finance and operations executive with 20+ years of experience across banking, fintech, and international business management, with deep on-the-ground experience in Vietnam & Cambodia. I’ve led end-to-end market entry work—from regulatory licensing to full branch operations—and I’m known for establishing and scaling overseas subsidiaries from zero.

In my current role as Country Manager / Cambodia Director at InfoPlus Inc., I establish and oversee Cambodian subsidiary operations, including legal entity setup, compliance, and P&L management. I also negotiated and closed a CMS (Cash Management Solution) partnership with Woori Bank Cambodia, driving fintech business development through strong cross-border coordination between Korea HQ and local teams.

Earlier, as Director / Head of Business Management in Vietnam, I led CMS solution sales to Vietnamese banks and secured the first-ever Korean IT company CMS contract in Vietnam (VIETA Bank). Prior to InfoPlus, I spearheaded NongHyup Bank’s entire Vietnam market entry—from feasibility to license acquisition—and managed branch operations including lending, deposits, foreign exchange, and risk management, while building government and institutional networks across Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
