I've led accounting, tax, and financial operations across real estate, hospitality, petroleum, automotive, trading, education, leisure, and property management. In my current Group Accounting Manager role, I oversee group reporting, closing, cash flow, payroll, tax compliance, internal controls, and accounting setup for newly incorporated companies.

At Australian International School Phnom Penh and Continent Crown Investment Group, I prepared financial reports and tax returns, managed GDT audits, coordinated external audits, improved charts of accounts, and supported budgeting, forecasting, investment planning, and CDC/QIP compliance. I also prepared executive reports and worked directly with CFOs, shareholders, tax authorities, and cross-functional teams in English and Chinese.

Earlier, I supported the Sport Village Project for Cambodia's 2023 SEA Games as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Senior Project Coordinator. I bring practical experience in regulatory liaison, permits, corporate documentation, financial analysis, and building compliant accounting processes.
