At Go Colors, I managed SAP SD order fulfilment for 250+ retail stores and posted GRNs through MIGO in SAP MM. I also performed cycle counts and stock audits, and maintained warehouse movement and bin-location records in SAP IS-Retail.
I prepared daily sales-order reports and weekly MIS using Advanced Excel, along with ad-hoc operational reports for senior management. I also supervised a team of 30 staff using KPI tracking, productivity analysis, and workflow planning.
