At LTM, I engineered AI Patch Intel, a production multi-agent patch-intelligence solution on Azure AI Foundry. It achieved 93% accuracy across 40 evaluated use cases and cut manual patch triage effort by about 60%.
I also built an Enterprise RAG IT Helpdesk five-agent workflow serving 200 employees and deflecting about 70% of Tier-1 queries. My work includes RAG pipelines, Azure infrastructure, and Terraform-based CI/CD; I’m certified as an Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) and in Azure AI-103.
