What I'm looking for

I am seeking HR or people-focused roles where I can apply my HR internship experience, administrative strengths, and digital engagement skills to support employee development and organizational growth.

I am a Psychology graduate (Cum Laude, President's Lister) with hands-on HR internship experience in the construction industry and a strong foundation in organizational communication and policy compliance.

During a 300-hour practicum, I audited and organized 201 employee files, supported onboarding and orientation on company culture, OHS and labor standards, and tracked attendance and leave credits to assist payroll and performance processes.

I also have experience as a freelance Social Media Manager and Social Media Manager, where I developed content calendars, executed targeted campaigns, managed brand reputation, and increased lead generation through market-positioning strategies informed by psychological insights.

I bring strong interpersonal skills, administrative proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google productivity apps, and technical skills in content creation and Canva. I am motivated to support organizational growth and employee development in HR or related roles.
