Sandro Cunha Floripa

I'm a full-stack developer and the founder of RHUMA RH, an HR-tech company serving the food service industry in Brazil. I design and ship production SaaS used by real clients: a multi-tenant HR and payroll ERP (Next.js, Prisma), a gamified corporate-events platform (React, Supabase), and employee-facing portals, all with role-based access control and strict per-tenant data isolation.

What sets me apart is the combination behind it. I spent 9 years running high-volume restaurant operations before moving into software, so I design systems around problems I've actually lived. I own the full lifecycle: architecture, data modeling, deployment, and iterating directly with clients. I also use AI tooling pragmatically to move faster, I integrated LLMs into production workflows and cut a client's payroll process from three days to six hours, the kind of leverage a small team needs.

I'm currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology Management and looking for remote Senior Tech Lead or Full-Stack roles where I can bring both hands-on engineering and product ownership.
