I’m looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer / Tech Lead role where I can own end-to-end product delivery, build scalable web + mobile systems, and lead with modular/event-driven architecture and spec-driven, AI-assisted development.

I’m a Senior Full Stack Engineer and hands-on Tech Lead with 7+ years building web and mobile products using Node.js, TypeScript, React Native, React, Next.js, MongoDB, Kafka, and AWS. I focus on backend APIs, mobile application delivery, and pragmatic architecture choices that keep teams moving.

At Volup, I owned the entire stack—back-end, web, and mobile—as the sole engineer, delivering zero-downtime operations across Portugal and Spain. I structured the platform as a Turborepo monorepo, integrated Apache Kafka for reliable event-driven communication, and designed a Node.js Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) for microservices orchestration.

I also led a migration to a modern Next.js architecture and promoted to Tech Lead, leading a cross-functional team of 3. I introduced an AI-assisted, spec-driven development workflow to accelerate feature delivery, and I’ve consistently delivered multiple concurrent projects across European retail markets at Velv.
