What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a mid- to senior-level AP role that challenges me to optimize end-to-end accounts payable processes, implement control measures and work with cross-functional teams. I’m particularly interested in roles that involve process improvement, ERP optimization, improving vendor relationships and contributing to better cash flow management.

At CEVA Logistics, I lead end-to-end North America non-trade accounts payable operations, overseeing invoice validation, coding, payment execution, AP aging, employee expenses, corporate cards, utility payments, vendor master data, and onboarding. I resolve complex discrepancies, strengthen policy compliance, and partner with Finance, Procurement, Operations, subcontractors, and vendors to improve payment timeliness and service.

Across CEVA Logistics, The Reynolds Company, Transformer Protector Corp., Alsina Forms Co., and Transaction Packing Inc., I’ve supported high-volume accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reconciliation, payroll, purchasing, and vendor management.
