What I'm looking for
I’m an OET and IELTS Trainer who builds strong, positive learning environments and delivers high-quality training with excellent results. I bring strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, always focused on helping learners succeed.
From 2019 to 2024, I provided instruction and support to students preparing for the OET and IELTS exams at Global Overseas Education. Earlier, I facilitated OET and IELTS training programs at Adonis Language Institute (2016–2018), designing engaging lesson plans and materials to improve learning outcomes.
In addition to exam training, I’ve delivered corporate training and support operations as a Corporate Trainer and Administrator (Golden Bridge hr.com, 2010–2012) and previously as a Trainer (Hero Mindmine, 2007–2010). My leadership experience includes being a branch-in-charge and branch manager, plus roles in administration and coordination.
I’m adaptable, organized, and receptive to feedback, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in fast-paced environments. I also hold a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel management and Industrial Relations and a post graduate degree in sociology, which shape how I lead and connect with people.
