Over 22 years in IT, I specialize in delivering innovative HMI solutions and shaping CX strategies that keep outcomes aligned with business goals and technical feasibility. I bring a multi-disciplinary, customer-centric approach to problem-solving, combining design thinking with rigorous user-centered analysis and testing.

In recent work, I’ve managed end-to-end UX and UI delivery for web platforms—from research and user journey mapping through wireframing, visual design, prototyping, and implementation support. I’ve built and scaled design systems for automation frameworks, and I’ve integrated AI capabilities such as GPT co-pilot chat experiences to enable natural-language search, personalized recommendations, and faster, better decision-making. The results include saving 4 hours of manual monitoring and enabling 75% faster response time to potential issues.

I also work across agentic productivity and emerging technology initiatives, including B2B manufacturing journey prototypes that minimize user intervention through contextual responsiveness and automated workflows. Beyond delivery, I pioneer UX Studio and Usability Lab setups, run workshops and design thinking sessions, and lead projects that leverage Generative AI, AR/VR/XR, and enterprise automation—mentoring teams and ensuring quality user experiences from inception to closure.
