At Zenoti, I built production-grade backend services and REST APIs for enterprise SaaS applications using C#, .NET 8, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server.

I've designed microservices and event-driven systems with Kafka, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, and KEDA, including a workflow automation platform for multi-step business-process execution. I own features end-to-end, from requirement analysis and implementation through testing, debugging, code reviews, and production deployment.

I also architected an AI workflow and automation engine using Python, FastAPI, Kafka, Redis, PostgreSQL, pgvector, and Azure Functions. It supports tool-calling automation, LLM prompt chaining, semantic retrieval, conditional branching, and retries at up to 40 automation steps per second.

Across lead management, resume optimization, and mock-interview platforms, I use LLM integrations to turn ambiguous requirements into practical backend systems.
