I built Beans-n-Beams, an AI-powered Fitout Operating System, after seven years watching fitout projects lose time, money, and accountability through fragmented workflows and delayed approvals.
I designed and built the platform independently, from system architecture, backend, server, and frontend to Claude API integration. It gives fitout stakeholders real-time portfolio health, delay tracking, approval analysis, document management, and business insights on revenue loss per delayed unit.
Before founding Beans-n-Beams, I led premium retail and commercial fitouts at DLF across Gurugram and Chandigarh, managing architects, consultants, contractors, and brand teams across simultaneous multi-city projects. I also supported commercial and mixed-use developments at Bharti Real Estate, translating project performance into reporting and dashboards for senior management.
At Micro1, I evaluate AI-generated outputs for practical accuracy, reasoning, clarity, and real-world relevance. I'm currently pursuing a Master of Project Management in Complex Systems at the University of Adelaide, and I build where lived problems demand better systems.

I didn't build this because it was a good idea.
I built it because I couldn't unsee the problem.
7 years watching fitout projects bleed — delayed
approvals, fragmented workflows, crores lost, nobody
accountable, everyone exhausted.
So I built the solution. Alone.
Beans-n-Beams is an AI-powered Fitout Operating System
— Solution as a Service, not Software as a Service.
What's built and running:
• Assisted in managing high-end commercial and mixed-use developments, ensuring adherence to design standards and regulatory compliance.
• Prepared comprehensive progress reports and performance dashboards for senior management, facilitating informed decision-making.
• Coordinated cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and address site-level challenges effectively.
This is where I saw the problem Beans-n-Beams solves.
2.5 years. Premium retail and commercial fitouts
across India. Multiple cities, multiple brands,
multiple crores on the line simultaneously.
I wasn't just managing projects.
I was managing chaos — and learning to build
order inside it.
