What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex logistics, procurement, and supply chain operations where I can improve delivery performance, control costs, negotiate strong supplier contracts, and coordinate international partners for construction or project-based work.

I've led logistics and project procurement at SMGT Logistics since 2009, establishing a new Zambia project and delivering end-to-end logistics solutions for complex construction work. I coordinate international shipments, customs clearance, temporary warehousing, lifting equipment, transport, and MEP-related project logistics.

I negotiate contracts and competitive carrier rates, manage budgets and allocated volumes, and keep customers, suppliers, and international partners aligned on shipping schedules, documentation, tax compliance, and delivery deadlines.

Earlier, I grew client portfolios and brokered airfreight, sea freight, cross-border, local transport, breakbulk, and out-of-gauge cargo for Santova Logistics and Hellmann Worldwide Logistics. Across 20 years in logistics, sales, and client management, I've built practical supply chain networks that keep projects moving.
