Inspect incoming produce to ensure quality standards, conduct quality checks during receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch, and maintain accurate documentation. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and assist with stock rotation using FIFO.

Oversee building and grounds maintenance, ensure security and emergency preparedness, handle general accounting tasks, and supervise quality of work for other employees. Conduct and document regular facilities inspections and recommend modifications.
