What I'm looking for

A full-time remote role in customer support, customer success or operations with a U.S. company, working from Mexico. I want a stable team where I can grow, use AI tools in my daily work, and take on more responsibility over time.

I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) customer service representative based in Xalapa, Mexico, with close to a year of remote, customer-facing experience for U.S. companies.

Most recently at White Knight (Jun-Oct 2026), I handled inbound and outbound calls, SMS follow-ups and CRM updates for U.S. customers. Before that, at WTL (Oct 2025-Mar 2026), I guided customers through program enrollments, reaching about 40 enrollments in my best month.

From 2023 to 2025 I served as a full-time volunteer in the U.S., where I spoke English daily, coordinated schedules and supported people one-on-one.

I use AI tools every day. I’m building a WhatsApp assistant for clinics (in development, tested by me so far) using Claude Code, and I studied Software Engineering at Universidad Veracruzana (degree not finished).

I’m looking for a full-time remote role in customer support or operations.

Remote contract for a U.S. pest control company. Handled ~40 inbound calls a day plus customer SMS: scheduling and rescheduling, billing and payment questions, cancellations and complaints. Coordinated with field technicians on arrival times and kept customers updated. Maintained accounts, notes and appointments in FieldRoutes (CRM).

Sales & Client Support Advisor

WTL (World Training and Languages)

Oct 2025 - Mar 2026 (5 months)

Handled 100+ daily conversations with prospective clients for international work and study programs, mainly by WhatsApp and text, plus phone calls. Closed ~40 program enrollments in my best month through follow-up and objection handling. Tracked leads, enrollment documents and payment records in a CRM.
