What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an entry-level Procurement Officer role where I can apply my experience across public-sector and institutional procurement, with a focus on PPADA compliance, ERP/SAP systems, and supplier and inventory management.

At Milimani Law Courts, I conducted preliminary market surveys, drafted Requests for Quotations, and assembled bid documents for advertised tenders under supervision. I also organized procurement files to keep them complete, sequential, and audit-ready under PPADA regulations.

At Kenya Ports Authority’s ICD Embakasi, I used SAP Materials Management to process reservations and generate purchase requisitions and goods received notes. My procurement and stores experience also includes supplier sourcing, quotation and tender support, inventory control, and procurement documentation at Kenya Utalii College and Hotel.
