I am a Purchasing and Supplies Management graduate with practical experience in procurement and basic accountancy, seeking to apply my skills in a placement role.
At Kenya Electricity Generating Company (KenGen) I generated purchase orders using SAP, prepared and evaluated RFQs and tender documents, compiled contracts, processed import documentation and exemption letters, and drafted quarterly reports to PPOA.
At Makomboki Tea Factory I requested and analyzed supplier quotations, dispatched local purchase orders, liaised with stores on deliveries, created petty cash requisitions and handled filing and follow-up of supplier deliveries — strengthening my vendor liaison and stores coordination skills.
