What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can use observation data and clear communication to support clients’ learning, while helping maintain safe, organized environments and collaborating closely with families and teams.

I’m currently a Behavior Technician, building strong relationships with autistic children to find more effective strategies that support learning. I collect and record data from client observations, write progress notes based on behavior, and tailor interventions to improve outcomes.

I also support families by conducting training sessions so they can communicate more effectively with their children, and I actively implement treatment by giving patient instructions for a safe, productive learning environment. Earlier roles included Security Officer duties like walkthroughs and assisting employees with system issues, and Warehouse Worker work focused on safe handling and customer interaction; through my volunteer work, I’ve coordinated media and events using tools like Microsoft Suite and Canva.
