I’m looking for an Administrative & Operations role where I can apply my supervision, reporting, coordination, and structured documentation skills to improve organizational efficiency, strengthen accountability, and support leadership in achieving operational goals.

I’m an organized, detail-oriented administrative and operations professional with 3+ years of experience supporting public health programs through supervision, reporting, documentation management, and multi-level coordination. I train and mentor community teams, track performance, and compile accurate reports using structured tools to keep work aligned with procedures and accountability.

I’ve coordinated community health activities that improved measurable outcomes—facilitating BFCI nutritional counseling for 150+ households, supporting 20+ antenatal and postnatal care sessions, and running 10+ awareness campaigns reaching 500+ community members. I also implemented WASH work that certified 5 villages as open defecation-free, strengthening community-facility linkages and donor-aligned service standards.
