I lead requirements alignment and end-to-end quality for enterprise platforms including Oracle Fusion, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and ADP. I translate technical roadmaps into business-aligned test strategies, govern defect triage, and guide high-stakes UAT for finance, accounting, CRM, ERP, and migration initiatives.
Previously, I drove D365 QA at Winnebago, Cooper Surgical, SanMar, Microsoft through Allyis, and Infosys for JCPenney. I bring hands-on experience in automation, SQL validation, integrations, Power BI reporting, Agile delivery, and building transparent, high-performing testing teams.
