I lead quality delivery at Oracle for PeopleSoft business applications, bringing more than two decades of experience across QA, engineering, and delivery management.
As Senior Director of Quality Assurance, I drive test strategy, test execution, business application delivery, and people management. I previously led QA for PeopleSoft HCM, CRM, and ELM as QA Director.
My Oracle experience includes responsibility for PeopleSoft Enterprise Applications Portal, PeopleTools Platforms, Reporting and Integration, and third-party product certification and maintenance. I have led quality delivery for SQR, nVision, Tree Manager, Integration Broker, Workflow, and related PeopleTools capabilities.
I build and mentor teams, accelerate onboarding, develop staffing plans, and improve team processes and productivity. Earlier in my career, I developed SQL Server stored procedures and contributed to front-end, component, backend, and OLAP development.
