What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and own high-scale backend or full-stack systems, taking products from discovery to production while improving reliability, compliance, and engineering efficiency.

At Updraft, a UK FCA-authorised fintech serving 800k+ users, I own core Python/Django payments and loan-management microservices supporting 1.7M+ transactions and 200K+ accounts. I deliver 0–1 production features at 16–18M+ daily Lambda invocations and built regulatory pipelines that help prevent incorrect loan-book outputs.

I've also built Go APIs for 10+ D2C brands, CI/CD pipelines enabling multiple daily releases, and full-stack React, Next.js, and React Native products. I enjoy taking requirements from discovery through delivery, improving reliability and cost efficiency, and mentoring engineers through practical design and code-review guidance.
