What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an education coordinator role where I can scale impact—improving access, quality, and learning outcomes. I want to work across partners and communities, using strong safeguarding practice, programme coordination, and clear reporting.

I’m an education professional with nearly a decade of experience spanning classroom teaching, community engagement, and programme coordination across Nepal and the UK. I enjoy turning day-to-day learning needs into measurable, practical improvements for students and families.

With Teach For Nepal, I worked in a remote, underserved community where I coordinated education programmes, engaged families, and supported learning access in difficult conditions. I partnered with my co-fellow to develop a successful funding proposal, securing 800000 NPR from the government to enhance ICT infrastructure and EYFS learning.

Recently, I’ve worked within London schools to understand UK classroom practice, safeguarding standards, and local education systems. As a Teaching Assistant in EYFS and Primary settings, I observed curriculum delivery and inclusive teaching models while actively practicing school-wide safeguarding procedures in strict compliance with UK statutory guidance.

I’m now seeking an education coordinator role where I can apply my international programme experience and UK system knowledge at a broader level—improving access, quality, and impact in learning. I bring strong stakeholder communication, facilitation skills, and resilience to complex environments.
