I’m an IT Business Analyst with hands-on FinTech experience across Azerbaijan and Saudi Arabia, built on a four-year foundation in merchant-facing technical support. I translate merchant and stakeholder needs into functional specifications, API documentation, and acceptance criteria for engineering and QA teams—covering payment integrations, onboarding, and CRM tooling.
In my current role, I lead requirements gathering and write specifications for CRM, onboarding, and merchant-facing API features, taking three new payment products from requirements through UAT sign-off and shipping 10+ CRM features across sprint cycles. I also localise the merchant onboarding flow for the Saudi market and use SQL, Postman, and Generative AI-assisted documentation workflows to validate data, test APIs, and streamline delivery with Jira and Confluence.
