What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a learning-focused role where I can resolve Odoo ERP production incidents, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and grow in systems and networking.

I’m a final-semester Systems Engineering student at Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira, currently completing a professional internship at Peti Soluciones, an official Odoo partner. I work in live production environments, handling technical and functional incidents for clients running Odoo ERP.

I develop custom modules and configurations based on specific client requirements, and I translate functional needs into technical solutions within a collaborative team. I apply a structured approach to problem-solving and stay committed to continuous learning as systems evolve.

Previously, I supported IT operations as an IT Support Technician by reorganizing and structuring the company network rack, verifying end-device connectivity, and diagnosing network incidents.
