At prospiq, a B2B SaaS startup, I helped build the company’s HR foundation, including its leave, remote work, learning and development, and separation policies. I also developed a flexible-holiday model adopted in the Holiday Calendar, Leave Policy, and Employee Handbook.
I compiled the handbook into a plain-language guide and designed a five-day onboarding runsheet. I also managed new-joiner onboarding and set up an Employee Master Database for employee records, payroll summaries, and bank details.
For hiring, I write job descriptions, publish postings, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates. I ran an intern hiring cycle and designed a campus hiring plan and a three-stage candidate evaluation framework.
Alongside HR work, I researched partner programs and authored a report on building a sales AI agent. My research paper, “Eco-Caste Nexus: The Intersection of Ecocriticism and Caste Discrimination in Meena Kandasamy’s ‘The Gypsy Goddess’,” was published in SAGE Journals.
