I’m an HR Operations Specialist with experience supervising HR operations, leading full-cycle recruitment, and supporting onboarding and workforce optimization. I focus on aligning skills with business needs and improving day-to-day performance.

At Corniche by Palmeraie, I handled HR supervision and end-to-end recruitment, then drove onboarding and skills alignment to strengthen workforce effectiveness. Previously, I operated as an Independent Project Manager/Operator at Self-Service Laundry, where I managed business creation and optimized operations for revenue.

I also bring a recruitment-driven mindset from my role as an HR Recruitment Officer at RH Recrute, covering sourcing, interviews, and selection, while supporting HR projects. In parallel, my early logistics internships strengthened my understanding of supply chain and distribution across industrial and port contexts.

With a Master’s in Strategic Marketing and a management-focused background, I connect people, operations, and commercial goals. I work comfortably with MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Sphinx, and Windows/macOS.
