I partnered with credit, risk, compliance, operations, product, and technology teams to define lending processes and regulatory controls. I produced BRD/FRD, functional designs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and led UAT, defect triage, and business sign-offs through go-live.
At 360iResearchLLP, I worked on a cross-border remittance application for Banco de la República Oriental del Uruguay (BROU). I supported SWIFT MT-to-ISO 20022 mapping and payment gateway integration, and led SIT/UAT and change management while contributing to higher Straight Through Processing (STP) rates.
