I’m looking for an operations-focused leadership role in a high-volume BPO where I can drive KPI performance (AHT/CSAT/Quality), coach teams, manage queues and workloads, and handle escalations to improve service quality and productivity.

I’m an operations-focused Team Leader with 5+ years of BPO experience, progressing from Customer Service Associate to Team Lead. I lead inbound and outbound customer service operations and actively monitor KPI performance including AHT, CSAT, Quality Score, Attendance, and Productivity.

I’m known for coaching agents through performance reviews, daily huddles, and escalation-handling that supports fast, effective service recovery. I coordinate with operations managers and clients during reviews, manage queue allocation and workload distribution for optimal efficiency, and drive process improvement by training teams, identifying performance gaps, and implementing corrective action plans.
