What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead hands-on Gen AI and backend work that solves real problems, combining RAG, AI-powered analytics, technical design, mentoring, and continuous learning.

At ClearTrail Technologies, I lead a four-member Gen AI team building a RAG-based conversational assistant for an AI-powered analytics platform. I integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Gemini through LangChain4j, with context-aware prompting and conversation memory.

I've built backend capabilities that generate dashboards, filtered visualizations, insights, summaries, and formulas from natural-language queries, supported by response-validation guardrails. I also implemented embedding and retrieval workflows across Pinecone and Azure AI Search, including per-organization caching, dirty-data tracking, and concurrent-operation throttling.

Earlier at ClearTrail, I developed multi-tenant, multi-node Java and SQL systems, Zookeeper-based distributed locks, and zero-ETL live data integration for Databricks, MySQL, BigQuery, and PostgreSQL. Before industry, I trained and mentored computer science students in programming foundations, data structures, algorithms, OOP, and Core Java.
