At Tech Mahindra, I’m modernizing TalkTalk into intelligent AI assistants, using Google Vertex AI and LangChain to support agent workflows and enterprise knowledge retrieval. I build RAG and retrieval systems and develop backend services with Node.js and TypeScript.

At Celebal Technologies, I led development of an AI-powered customer support chatbot for CapitaLand – Ascott, integrating OpenAI GPT models, LangChain, and vector-based retrieval. I also led full-stack development of a Microsoft Teams chatbot and web application for Syngene.
