Planned, executed, and documented end-to-end testing for all features, including real-time customer experience analytics, AskClootrack and Clootrack Neo, across multiple platforms and environments. Conducted extensive testing on the analysis of 68 million customer conversations spanning 13,404 brands, verifying the accuracy and reliability of data processing algorithms.

Lead the development and execution of Python Automation scripts using Slash Framework for HMI Cluster Unit. Developed and executed test plans, test cases and test scripts for over 30 modules using test automation tools to increase efficiency by over 40%. Worked on over 5000 test cases development and execution and made them production ready. Responsible for failure analysis of scripts.

Assisted with the maintenance, operation and monitoring of communication systems used for air traffic control, including voice communication systems and data communication networks. Assisted with the management and maintenance of navigation aids and systems, such as Instrument Landing Systems (ILS), Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range (VOR) systems and Distance Measuring Equipment (DME).

Assisted in the development and testing of advanced telecommunication technologies, such as optical fiber networks, broadband access systems, voice-over-IP (VoIP) solutions and intelligent network platforms. Conducted tests and measurements on optical fibers cables to ensure their quality, performance and reliability. This involved optical loss measurements and attenuation testing.
