I’m a driven, determined software tester with about 5 years of experience building client applications and helping teams ship with confidence through structured QA and clear test documentation.

At Tech Mahindra, I’ve contributed to multiple telecom SaaS and education projects—building and executing detailed test cases, validating cart and student flows, and participating in UAT with end-users and stakeholders.

I also take ownership of issue resolution, investigating problems (like stock/order placement or UI design gaps) and collaborating with clients, developers, and designers to improve the user experience. I maintain test plans, cases, and defect reporting to keep progress transparent.

Beyond manual testing, I introduced TestNG automation using the Page Object Model (POM) and integrated scripts into the CI pipeline for faster feedback. Earlier, as a network engineer, I supported telecom delivery through fiber planning and testing, which sharpened my technical problem-solving mindset.
