At Bapco Refining, I managed operations and capital projects for an 850-acre corporate township with 455+ residential units and 15+ corporate and commercial buildings. I sustained over 85% occupancy and reduced reactive maintenance by 30% through proactive planning and preventive maintenance.
I managed commercial leasing, vendor contracts, and capital and renovation projects from concept through delivery. The work included multimillion-dollar budgets, contractor oversight, construction administration, and permit approvals.
At Qatar Tourism Authority, I project-managed Qatar's first National Tourism Strategy with local government entities and UNWTO, and developed concept master plans for a UNESCO site and four nature reserves. I also developed 14 themed national tour itineraries.
My earlier work includes project-managing the Gulf Encyclopedia for Sustainable Urbanism with Msheireb Properties / Qatar Foundation and designing commercial, educational, and residential interiors. I hold a B.A. in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture and earned PMP certification in 2026.
