I’m a Detail-oriented Civil Engineer with over four years of experience supporting public infrastructure and highway development projects. I focus on translating engineering drawings and project specifications into accurate scopes, quantities, and budgets.

In my recent role as an Engineer II, I designed infrastructure projects using Civil 3D and supported government-funded projects through implementation and bidding. I prepared detailed cost estimates and quantity takeoffs, developed Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Detailed Unit Price Analyses (DUPA), and compiled technical and administrative documents for proposals and fiscal year funding submissions.

Earlier, I worked as an Engineer I assisting with road inventory assessments—measuring, recording, and evaluating pavement distresses on concrete and asphalt roads. I also prepared PowerPoint presentations for pre-bid conferences and project meetings, helping stakeholders understand project status and requirements.

I’ve also strengthened my estimating workflow through project-based takeoff work, using Bluebeam Revu for digital takeoffs, plan reviews, and quantity verification. I’m recognized for accuracy, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
