I’m a Graphic and Visual Communication Designer with a background in Interactive Design, and I bring a product-minded approach to visual clarity. I leverage visual hierarchy, precise typography, and engaging graphics to simplify complex information and improve how people learn and onboard.

In my current Product Enablement Coordinator role, I create instructional PowerPoint presentations for SaaS product navigation, emphasizing images and visual structure over dense text. I also design and maintain custom HTML email templates in Stripo to keep brand alignment consistent across digital communications.

I’ve partnered with engineering and product design teams on feature improvements, running QA/UAT testing and submitting Jira bug reports, support requests, and enhancements. Previously, I supported system refinement through Oracle-based UAT, maintained supplier profiles with strong data accuracy, and trained internal users via Microsoft Teams—plus I produced weekly, high-fidelity marketing tutorial videos with minimalist typography while iterating directly with the CEO using Slack feedback.
