I’m a product and visual designer with a proven ability to deliver innovative and functional designs. In recent roles, I designed and optimized onboarding flows for first-time riders to reduce time to first rental and improve activation rates, while collaborating with developers to implement responsive, accessible interfaces across devices and network conditions. I also led user research with local riders and commuters in Ottawa to identify usability barriers around navigation and payment, then turned those insights into major design decisions—creating reusable UI components and a lightweight design system to speed iteration and maintain visual consistency.
