I’m a Nursery Manager who leads teams to deliver excellent early years care, with a strong focus on quality, safeguarding, and continuous improvement. I was promoted to Nursery Manager for a sister nursery and in my first year led the team through an Ofsted inspection to receive a grade Good.

I recruit employees, provide ongoing training in best care practices, and set clear expectations that help staff and children thrive. I manage the nursery budget, arrange marketing materials, and ensure the facility and equipment are monitored with maintenance, repairs, and new items handled as required.

I’m deeply hands-on with planning and outcomes, developing an age-appropriate program of annual events and activities and keeping parents and carers fully updated about their child’s progress and behaviour. I also prepare the nursery for Ofsted inspections and follow inspector recommendations to strengthen practice.

Before childcare management, I built a solid leadership foundation in customer service and sales operations at Hafele UK Limited, progressing from Sales Administrator to Regional Sales Office Manager. I bring that same drive to targets, staff support, and disciplined health and safety routines into the nursery environment, alongside relevant learning including early years educator level 3 and safeguarding training.
