What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an entry-level Customer Support or Customer Care Executive role where I can learn customer support processes and contribute to positive customer experiences. I'm willing to work in shifts and team environments.

At Seth Hirachand Mutha College, I handle daily interactions with students and parents, addressing their questions and concerns.

I maintain attendance, academic data, and reports using MS Word and Excel, and coordinate activities that require clear communication and organization.

At Guruanklan Academy, I interacted with students and parents to understand their queries, provided information and guidance, and maintained records and follow-up details.
