At Concentrix, I support enterprise Microsoft 365 migration engagements as a FastTrack Migration SME. I lead onboarding, discovery workshops, readiness reviews, licensing validation, and migration planning.
I provide architecture guidance for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and tenant consolidations. I also support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive migrations, including cutovers, pilot migrations, and production validation.
My work includes customer-facing escalations between FastTrack, MST, and Engineering, as well as runbooks, onboarding guides, migration FAQs, and customer documentation. I deliver KT sessions, SME coaching, and process training.
Previously at Hexaware Technologies, I managed Microsoft 365 environments and carried out migration activities, troubleshooting, and post-migration validation. Across my experience, I’ve supported migration readiness assessments, customer workshops, and collaboration with Microsoft Engineering teams.
