As a Digital Marketing & CRM Intern at Onomo Hotels, I have been actively involved in creating and managing monthly newsletters that engage customers and enhance brand visibility. My role includes monitoring and analyzing hotel reputation and performance, identifying areas for improvement, and managing the Onomo Fan loyalty program to ensure strong customer engagement and retention.

My experience also extends to optimizing the guest digital journey at every stage, from pre-stay to post-stay, ensuring a seamless experience. I manage the CRM platform Lounge Up and update website content using WordPress to keep it relevant and engaging. Additionally, I evaluate website traffic and performance, implementing improvements to enhance user experience and monitor marketing campaign performance across various channels.
