At Digilians, I’m developing an end-to-end employee retention and decision-support project, analyzing workforce data to identify attrition patterns and factors associated with turnover.

I contributed to data cleaning and exploratory analysis using Excel, SQL, and Python, and I’m developing an interactive Power BI dashboard to support retention analysis and data-driven decisions.

On a team project, I developed an interactive Power BI solution for Cottonil, covering sales, purchasing, suppliers, inventory, products, and customers. I applied data modeling and visualization techniques to create analytical views, dashboards, and KPIs.

My other projects include analyzing customer behavior and gym operations with Excel and Power Query. I hold the Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate and completed practical data analytics training with Digilians.
