What I'm looking for

I'm looking to help businesses make data-driven decisions by transforming raw data into clear insights, dashboards, and reporting, particularly in e-commerce operations and business performance.

I've delivered business analytics projects across customer retention, e-commerce sales performance, and retail inventory forecasting. Using SQL Server, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, I turn raw data into clear insights and reporting that support business decisions.

In a customer segmentation project, I identified 598 high-value customers at risk of churn and found a 9.86% churn rate in the Gold membership tier. I also built a five-page sales dashboard that showed high revenue does not always mean high profitability.
