I lead product-data digitisation and the technical foundation of Saeed Bawazir Trading Company's B2B wholesale ordering platform, from product databases to live-site operations. I built an AI normaliser for unstructured inventory data and a Node.js AWS WhatsApp customer-service bot integrated through the WhatsApp Business API.
I've also built Kubernetes environments on AWS, GitOps delivery paths with Jenkins and Argo CD, and reproducible infrastructure with Terraform. My work includes a Pinecone-powered product intelligence RAG system and an unattended Python image pipeline that processed 20,000+ product photos into a barcode-indexed catalogue.
