At Parexel on the Sanofi project, I manage 2,000–2,500 service and access requests each month, coordinating onboarding, access changes, deactivations, and timely resolution for global business applications.
I communicate directly with internal clients and stakeholders, maintain audit-ready records and operational trackers, and use Excel and Power BI to build reports and dashboards that improve visibility into service metrics. I also developed Power BI Sales and MIS Reporting Dashboards to track KPIs, automate reporting, and improve reporting accuracy.
