I maintain real-time inventory accuracy and system updates using SAP ERP, ensuring returns are processed efficiently and in compliance with client requirements. I’ve also handled B2C returns for H&M in Mumbai, using WMS for inventory tracking and resolving exception cases to streamline workflows.
