At Credit Saison India, I own FinOps reconciliation for ZestMoney, PaySense, MoneyTap, Propelled, and KrazyBee across 2,599,280 accounts. I work with Finance, Bank Recon, and Loan Servicing teams to resolve variances and payment mismatches, maintaining 99% on-time resolution.
I supported the LMS migration from Vaultron to Pennant and led the Repayment API integration between Propelled and Pennant. Using AI-assisted Python scripts, I reduced a recurring 3–4 hour reconciliation and reporting process to about half an hour.
I publish monthly Management FinOps-MIS for 6,095,976 accounts across 17 co-lending partners and a daily Closure Pendency MIS to drive action on ageing cases. Previously at BYJU'S, I helped automate foreclosure processing for 50,000+ accounts, cutting processing time by 98%.
