At TOBA Projects, I manage infrastructure projects and provide commercial governance. On Mercury’s Arapuni Left Abutment Enhancement Project, I provide client-side commercial assurance across a NZ$132m dam rehabilitation programme, governing claims, variations, forecasting and cost control.
Across projects including Muriwai Golf Course and Auranga, I’ve managed client-side project delivery, contract administration, procurement and programme controls. Earlier, as Project Engineer and Project Manager on Kāinga Ora urban regeneration programmes, I worked on civil redevelopment, infrastructure installation, asbestos removal and land remediation.
