On top of that, I found and fixed revenue leakage in SMS billing by identifying a $1,930 pricing gap across 8 countries and recovering $860.

Before that, I worked on marketing data science and scalable backend services for payments. I maintained and optimized production pipelines using Python and PySpark, reduced model inference time by 70%, and helped define 21+ business KPIs.
