What I'm looking for

I’m looking to build and support culturally responsive social impact initiatives—especially in mental health and community engagement—where I can apply psychology and health frameworks, collaborate with stakeholders, and help programs launch, grow, and create measurable change.

I’m a recent psychology graduate applying knowledge from psychology and health to develop real-world initiatives across social impact and entrepreneurial contexts. I bring field-based experience designing solutions grounded in human needs and practical implementation, with a cross-cultural lens that keeps interventions realistic and inclusive.

Through my Global Mental Health Promotion Project, I designed and co-developed a 4-component, culturally responsive mental health intervention for older adults using biopsychosocial and global mental health frameworks, supported by surveys, interviews, and collaboration. I also developed and pitched a community-informed digital engagement strategy for youth participation at the Newmarket Public Library, producing a full implementation package and securing top selection among 10+ interdisciplinary teams after working directly with the Library CEO. Before that, as an International Student Volunteer in Ghana, I co-developed global health volunteer program content with Ghanaian partners and applied culturally grounded psychological and health frameworks while engaging with children through field-based activities.
